1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the “User”, “you”, or “your”) and ASKC PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 1240, 3rd Floor, GS Arcade, BEL Layout, Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore North, Karnataka 560097, India (“ASKC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing www.askc.in (the “Website”), creating an account, enrolling in a course, or using any of our services in any other way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping & Return Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Website and our services immediately.

2. Definitions

• “Services” means the courses, live and recorded classes, study materials, mentorship sessions, admission consulting, and other educational offerings made available by ASKC.
• “Content” means all video lessons, recordings, slide decks, worksheets, assignments, assessments, certificates, and other materials provided through the Services.
• “Learner” means an individual who has registered an account or enrolled in a course.
• “Order” means a confirmed paid enrolment in a course or service.

3. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or abovewho are competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Learners under 18 may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on the minor's behalf and remains responsible for all activity on the minor's account.

4. Account Registration & Security

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately at support@askc.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• One account per individual; sharing of credentials with another person is prohibited and may result in suspension.

5. Enrolment, Pricing & Payments

All course prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. Pricing may change without prior notice; however, an Order that has been paid in full will be honoured at the price effective at the time of payment.

• Payments are processed through our authorized payment partner over a secure connection. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs on our servers.
• An enrolment is treated as confirmed only after we receive successful payment confirmation from our payment partner.
• You are responsible for any charges, currency conversion fees, or taxes imposed by your bank or card issuer.
• In the event of a duplicate or erroneous payment, please contact us within 7 days for reconciliation.

6. Service Delivery & Access

Once your payment is confirmed, access to the relevant Service is provided in accordance with our Shipping & Return Policy. Delivery timelines, scheduling, and prerequisites are described on the respective course page and in the welcome communication you receive after enrolment.

Course access is granted to the registered Learner only and is non-transferable. Recorded content remains available for the duration stated on the course page; we reserve the right to update or replace materials to keep them current.

7. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

While using the Website or our Services, you agree NOT to:

• Record, download, copy, redistribute, sell, or sub-license any Content without our written permission
• Share your account credentials, course links, or session passwords with non-enrolled persons
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Upload, post, or transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes the rights of others
• Use the Services to send spam, phishing communications, or any unsolicited bulk messages
• Interfere with or disrupt the Website, servers, or networks connected to the Services
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks belonging to ASKC or third parties

8. Intellectual Property

All Content, including but not limited to course videos, slide decks, written materials, audio recordings, assessments, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and the “ASKC” name, is the exclusive property of ASKC PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999, as well as applicable international laws.

Upon enrolment, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for your own learning. You do not acquire any ownership interest in the Content. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in termination of your account and may attract civil and criminal liability.

9. User-Generated Content

Where you submit assignments, comments, feedback, testimonials, or other materials to the Services (“User Content”), you retain ownership of such materials but grant ASKC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and display the User Content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Services. You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable law.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

All refund and cancellation requests are governed by our dedicated Refund Policy. Please review that policy carefully before placing an Order; by completing payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted its terms.

11. Educational Outcomes & Disclaimers

ASKC commits to delivering high-quality educational content and supportive mentorship; however, learning outcomes depend significantly on the Learner's engagement, prior background, and effort. Accordingly:

• We make no guarantee of specific test scores, examination results, or band-score outcomes
• Job placements, internships, and admission outcomes mentioned anywhere on the Website are illustrative of past results and are not guaranteed for future Learners
• Statistics such as “98% placement rate” reflect aggregate historical data and may not be representative of individual results
• The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by applicable law

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ASKC, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability in respect of any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to ASKC for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ASKC and its officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Services; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) your infringement of any third-party right.

14. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful behaviour, attempted to compromise the integrity of the Services, or otherwise acted in a manner that may cause harm to ASKC or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.

15. Third-Party Services & Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, video conferencing tools, or services that are not owned or controlled by ASKC. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service. Your use of such third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

16. Force Majeure

ASKC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government action, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, strikes, or war. Where such an event affects scheduled sessions, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.

17. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our services, or business practices. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and via a prominent notice on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Subject to the dispute-resolution provisions below, the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.

19. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at support@askc.in so that we may attempt to resolve the matter amicably within 30 days. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be referred to and finally resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bangalore and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.

20. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ASKC with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
